I have starting to utilise ways of working which help me manage my time better. Even personally I make sure that I create time and space for myself, friends and family, making sure that I don’t neglect that part of my life. My inner critic is challenging me. I have realised that I do not want to disappoint nor neglect fulfilling my responsibilities with both roles that I am responsible for at work. Candice has helped me to become fully aware of this and I now know, when this self-doubt starts to creep in that I must use the affirmation we created in our sessions. Using the techniques Candice shared with me has been very helpful with identifying and managing my issues and challenges and I can already feel and see the growth starting to take place.
